Who is MBODY for?
MBODY is for all women who want to better understand their hormonal health and optimize their wellness in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. This stage of life is when you should feel at your prime, but hormonal fluctuations that naturally come with age can derail those feelings. Technically, this midlife stage is when we go through perimenopause — which most commonly starts around ages 38-42 and can last anywhere from 2-12 years before you fully pass through menopause.
The truth is, 100% of us will go through this perimenopause phase, and even though we all might experience it a little differently, we’re here to make sure you are 100% ready to sail through it.
The choices you make now can shape your future menopause experience and impact how you age and feel in your body. MBODY will educate you on hormone health, and how your diet and nutrient levels can have a knock-on effect on how you’re feeling. We’ll help you know what workouts you should be doing to promote long-term mobility and bone health. We’ll give you tools to manage stress as this is an age where mental health is so important. MBODY will help you thrive at every age.
How MBODY works
By sharing a few bits of information about yourself — such as when you were born, how regular your periods are, and what your wellness goals are — we’ll start compiling content that will best support you at this time.
When you complete your daily check-in on the app, letting us know how you’re feeling and what symptoms you might be experiencing, we’ll share top recommendations for workouts, recipes, self-love activities, and informational articles to help you better understand what’s happening in your body and how to feel your best.
Through your calendar view, you’ll then be able to monitor your symptoms and cycles over time, so you can start recognizing patterns and learning what habits help you feel your best.
